With the holidays behind us, it’s time to focus on your fitness goals for 2016. The City of Placerville’s Community Services Department has a wide variety of classes that will get your feet moving and your heart rate up, including kickboxing, BellyFit, Fit30 and women’s self defense.
If you’re looking for a mind-body connection that brings perspective, yoga and tai chi classes are both om-mazing options. There’s also a table tennis club and various taekwondo classes for kids and adults.
Talented and charismatic dance instructors present a variety of classes for all ages, from swing, waltz and ballroom, to foxtrot, tap, Zumba, and creative dance for children. With so many healthy activities available, there’s no excuse to not move!
