6 TBF Racing is conducting a Mother’s Day All Women Triathlon/Duathlon and 5K (the “coed 5K” option allows husbands, boyfriends, brothers and sons to race, too). Swim, bike and run the course with loved ones at Granite Beach. totalbodyfitness.com

7 Give Mom the day off from cooking by treating her to brunch at the Flower Farm Café, High Hand Café, Fat’s Asia Bistro, Sienna Restaurant or Land Ocean New American Grill.
