Approximately 285 attendees were “sore today, strong tomorrow” at this sixth annual event sponsored by Marshall Medical Center. Roused by Zumba dancers and encouraged by the Oak Ridge High School JV Cheer Team and the Ponderosa High School Marching Band, runners and walkers took four laps around the creek trail in the El Dorado Hills Town Center before participating in health screenings and wellness demonstrations. Proceeds benefited the Marshall Foundation for Community Health’s Obesity Prevention Fund.
