Health benefits are an extra benefit when enjoying the delicious and authentic Thai food served at Thai Paradise restaurant.

What makes Thai food healthy is how it is cooked and the ingredients used.  At Thai Paradise food is cooked with expensive and healthy rice bran oil like what is used in Thailand. Most restaurants use other oils that cost less. Thai Paradise also uses local Farm-to-Fork ingredients, fresh vegetables and meats purchased daily.

The ingredients in many Thai Paradise dishes include several that are known to improve our health. Turmeric is anti-inflammatory and an anti-oxidant. It aids digestion, arthritis, the heart, and may protect against bacteria and some cancers (per animal studies). Galanga is used in Traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine. It aids digestion, inflammation, arthritis and ulcers. Lemongrass is also used in Chinese medicine for flus and colds, fevers, headaches, arthritis, fungal infections and stomach conditions. Coriander aids digestive and gastrointestinal problems, and bacterial and fungal infections. Chilies aid sleep, the heart, and healthy insulin and glucose levels. Coconut Milk contains good fat, lowers bad cholesterol, promotes good cholesterol, boosts immunity, modulates metabolic functions, provides valuable fatty acids and fights aging.

Thai Paradise uses all of these ingredients and many more and is the only Thai restaurant in the area cooking with healthy rice bran oil. Their healthy dishes, like Pad Thai, Tom Yum, Papaya Salad, Red Green and Yellow Curry, and Spring Rolls (all shown) are among the list of Thai foods recommended by Registered Dieticians.

Go for the health benefits or go for the authentic and delicious flavors in the food created by Jarunee Fleming and her staff at Thai Paradise - a favorite place to dine.
