New Morning Youth & Family Services celebrated their 22nd annual Sunday in Apple Hill with an elegant garden party featuring a gourmet dinner, beer and wine tastings, live entertainment, and raffles. Proceeds went towards New Morning which provides a safety net of services to troubled youth and their families in El Dorado County.
