A great summer camp for kids who love to move! Campers will get a week of taekwondo training that includes kicks, blocks, strikes, self-defence, nunchuks and, even, board breaking. Let 6th Degree Black Belt, Karen Bowman, guide your child through calisthenics, coordination drills, flexibility training and authentic taekwondo forms. After a lunch break, the campers will walk one block to the Folsom Aquatic Center for some free time swim fun. Campers should bring a water bottle, swimsuit, towel, sunscreen and lunch.
