Totem Coffee Company: A Coffee Roasting Shop + Gourmet Organic Cafe in Placerville—we are a Specialty Coffee Roaster and Cafe, we explore different roasting profiles, countries of origin, and coffee brewing methods. We also bake fresh daily Gluten Free muffins and doughnuts, and offer a bagel and toast menu for small eats.
At
Totem our main focus is on ethically sourcing and roasting coffee, and
exploring different roasting profiles and brewing methods. As well as
exploring different growing regions throughout the world, with an
emphasis on single origin.
We also offer organic gluten free and vegan
baked goods baked in house daily, as well as a menu with various toast
options, Salads, Falafel and more.
We are proud to say all of what we do
is made in house. From our Chai, to our flavored syrups, pastries and
Flatbread, we make it for you fresh from quality ingredients, mostly
organic. We also feature local wines, and craft brews on tap and by the
bottle available for grab and go.
At Totem we are excited to create a
culture exploring and identifying the flavors of all things culinary,
especially coffee, wine, and beer.
