Services or products you offer: Urban Baths Folsom is a communal gathering place to restore well-being through heat and water—think hot springs brought indoors in a down-to-earth and more affordable day spa. We have a large warm soaking pool, cold plunge, dry sauna, steam room, and salt therapy lounge; we also offer a sound immersion experience and massage services. It’s a perfect hangout option for friends or staycation escape!

What you enjoy most about your profession: My life’s purpose is to help others heal and find beauty in simplicity, which is at the core of what we built. 

Fun fact about your company: We have one of the largest cold plunges in the U.S.!

First job: I worked retail at a store in Arden Fair Mall.

Favorite food: Chicken tikka masala and cheeseburgers.

Favorite local restaurant: My current go-to is Julian's Patisserie and Café, but I also love Sanskrit, Gaslight Company, and Wayback Burgers. 

Favorite small businesses: I'm a longtime fan of Planet Earth Rising and also love Earth + Plant and Restore Hyper Wellness. I'm excited to welcome Mind Garden to the neighborhood, too.

When not working, you can be found: Relaxing at the bathhouse, of course!

You love living here, because: I’m inspired by all the support from the community. There are so many incredible small businesses in Folsom, especially in the health and wellness space, that it has always felt like the perfect home.
