BACKGROUND
Matthew is a long-time small business owner. A father, husband and pastor, Matthew has advocated for small businesses, fairness for residents, and lowering fees and taxes.

ABOUT
Rocklin’s City Council makes our community one of the most expensive places to live by increasing taxes and utility rates.

The Council rezones important commercial properties to residential making it more difficult to generate revenue for the City.  This creates two issues: the council will continue to raise taxes or cut vital city services.

Matthew promises to increase revenue, protect public safety, fix roads and potholes, alleviate road congestion, and protect our quality of life.
