Folsom Lake Symphony

Join us for an intimate evening of music with violinist Ji in Yang and Maestro Peter Jaffe at the beautiful Resort clubhouse at The Regency at Folsom Ranch. Then socialize with Ms. Yang, Maestro Jaffe and other symphony supporters over appetizers and wine. 

South Korean violinist Ji in Yang regularly appears with ensembles in the United States and all the major orchestras in Korea including the KBS Symphony Orchestra, and Bucheon, Suwon and Ulsan Philharmonic Orchestras, among many others. Recognized for her expressive and nuanced playing, the United Kingdom’s Musical Opinion described her solo appearance at Cadogan Hall as ‘brilliantly played.’ She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Juilliard School, an Artist Diploma from Yale University and received her Doctorate of Musical Arts degree at City University of New York. Ms. Yang plays on a Petrus Guarnerius violin, crafted in Venice in 1723.

Attendance is limited. Reception tickets can be purchased through the symphony’s website tix.com. Tickets are not sold through the Harris Center.
