Services or products you offer: We provide general mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. We also have several group therapy options for all ages, from teens to adults.

What you enjoy most about your profession: Helping people navigate all types of challenges, whether big or small, and providing a safe, inclusive space for anyone who walks through our door. Impacting client's lives in a positive way and helping them make meaningful, lasting changes gives us immense satisfaction.

Customer service is: Remembering that everyone is an individual. Because no two people are the same, all therapy sessions and treatment plans are individually paced and catered to meet each client's unique needs.

Favorite local restaurant: Milestone. We’re so fortunate to have it exactly two stories below us.

Favorite food: Pizza made with the "trifecta" of ingredients; mushrooms, olives, and pepperoni. That, together with a delicious salad, puts a smile on my face!

You love living here, because: El Dorado Hills is beautiful and almost the same distance from the ocean as it is to the mountains. We're never more than two hours from a great place to explore.
