Services or products you offer: Guided sauna and cold plunge classes.

What you enjoy most about your profession: Building spaces and experiences that allow others to destress, re-energize, and heal. The most exciting part of my profession is hearing and watching how our creation has impacted and changed people’s daily habits and perspectives on their health.

Fun fact about your company: We used a 220-year-old cedar tree cut down by PG&E in Camino to build our sauna; every piece of wood inside it was milled, shaped, and sanded by us. The sauna is also mobile, built on a 16-foot, over-the-deck trailer.

Customer service is: Making the customer’s experience effortless.

You started your business, because: I wanted to pursue my passion and purpose by helping provide value to people’s lives. I love learning and building; starting this business has been the most challenging thing I've done but also the most rewarding. I also just love saunas!

Favorite food: Raw ahi tuna with soy sauce and wasabi.

Favorite local restaurant: The Forester in Camino.

Last big purchase: A trip to Norway!

Favorite small business: The Scarlet Halo.

When not working, you can be found: Gardening, feeding my neighbor’s horses, birdwatching, and reading about the latest trends in physics.

You love living here, because: It's so beautiful, and the community is on the cutting edge of common sense and living a healthy lifestyle.
