Extreme Gymnastics is a fun and safe environment for kids to get increased ​physical activity and begin to learn lifestyle habits that will hopefully last a lifetime. In many ways our gymnastics facility is like a fitness club for kids and teenagers, a place where they are involved in fun entertaining activities that keep them active. Extreme is a skill based program. We pride ourselves on teaching kids the skills they need and want in Gymnastics, Tumbling, Acro and much more.​
