Services or products you offer: Group yoga classes, heated to various degrees, in a variety of styles (vinyasa, fusion, sculpt, yin, Bikram, etc.), as well as mat Pilates with weights. 

What you enjoy most about your profession: Sharing our passion with the community. Both yoga and mat Pilates are incredible for building strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. They complement each other well; yoga focuses on mindfulness and flexibility, while Pilates strengthens the core and improves posture. 

Fun fact about your company: We're sisters and never would’ve predicted that we would be co-owning a studio together, but as life has it, everything fell into place. 

Customer service is: A priority. Our clients’ experience while visiting the studio is top of mind. 

Most memorable experience as an entrepreneur: Our first five-star review!

First job: We've both been in health care for several years. 

Favorite food: Pasta.

When not working, you can be found: At the studio!
