Pacific Coast Pasta Co., owned by a local Italian family, commenced five years ago in El Dorado Hills as an Italian Mobile Eatery and Caterer offering artisan sandwiches, a variety of pasta dishes with freshly prepared sauces, and other Italian specialties. The Italian food truck serviced numerous wineries in El Dorado County, like in Apple Hill, and the famous Amador Wine Country . It’s been the company’s goal to migrate to a brick and mortar deli in order to broaden their overall business footprint. They are very excited to have achieved this milestone in El Dorado Hills in the Windplay Business Center.
